With his deep involvement in Theatre, Deepak uses it effectively to mould communication styles of individuals. Good theatre for him is about passion, commitment, communication and in making a connection with the audience. Deepak brings his delightful personality and professional insight into work making his sessions demonstrable and fun. He is well-known for his on-the-spot innovations and interesting analogies that leave his audience asking for more!!! Apart from music, theatre and humor, Deepak’s passion is to see people transform with the knowledge and experience delivered with a very personal touch.

Chitra Swamy is Head-Consulting Services of ‘The SkillStudio’. A post graduate in Mass Communication, she comes with over 10 years of experience in the Customer Service Industry.

With international certifications to her credit, Chitra brings expertise of building corporate processes and new business initiatives in the HR and Training function. She has successfully designed end to end performance management systems, leadership development programs, and various other organization development interventions. She is also a trained grooming & etiquette consultant and a certified voice-over artist.

Her instinctive engagement with people and ability to dissolve barriers creates a great environment for people to be able to share their issues. She listens and thinks carefully about what it is that people need from each course and constantly adjusts what she is offering with that in mind. Chitra finds Transaction Analysis (TA), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) great tools for personal awareness and learning.

Very organized, detail conscious and a stickler for time, she finds relaxation in practicing Yoga, social networking, reading and cooking.

ABHISHEK MAJUMDAR is a popular theatre practitioner in India and the Chief Theatre Consultant with ‘The SkillStudio’. With over 10 years in the field of performing arts, he holds performing arts scholarships from well known international schools such as the Charles Wallace Foundation, Inlaks Foundation and the London International School for Performing Arts. He is an alumnus of the London International School of Performing Arts and has also trained under the guidance of Mahesh Dattani, Adishakti Theatre Lab and Yatrik. Abhishek was the artistic director of Maayavan till 2008. He is also a member of the young vic director’s network, London and INSTED, Amsterdam.

Currently he is the artistic director of the Indian Ensemble and a member of the Actors’ Ensemble India Forum, Bangalore. Abhishek along with his theatre group have performed numerous plays in Bangalore, New Delhi, Chennai and London. His play, Harlesden High Street won the Hindu MetroPlus Playwrights' Award in the year 2008.

Kishor Thairani is the owner of Aaina-a beauty salon in Bangalore and the Chief Grooming Consultant with ‘The SkillStudio’. A graduate in Science, Kishor comes with over 12 years of experience in the fashion and beauty industry. Post his graduation; he pursued his passion for beauty with a certification program from Toni & Guy, Singapore in cut and color. He further enhanced his skills in make-up and styling through various workshops from international beauty giants like Mac, Kroylon and Nvey.

Today, Kishor is the creative technical head for Toni & Guy and the make-up consultant for Inovi cosmetics in India. He has to his credit make-up and styling for over 900 commercial ads, 150 fashion shows across India and 500 print ads. What has given him the most happiness is beautifying over a 1000 brides on one of the most important days of their lives!!!

An impressive list of his clientele include: Fast track watches, Lee, Levis, Wearhouse, Allen Solly, Lakme, Himani, Fair n Lovely, Kissan jams, Cadbury, Pillsbury atta, Mirinda, ICICI Life Insurance, ING Vysya and many more.
