The 3D model is the Define, Design and Deliver model where programs are chalked out based on specific requirements of clients. This will begin with understanding the requirement, combined with a TNA (Training Need Analysis) to get down to the specifics of the program need which will aid the design of the program. Post this; a totally customized program is delivered with a combination of interesting concepts and adult learning techniques. On completion of the program, an individual development plan is drawn out for each participant with follow-up action. |

Theatre-in-Learning Model |

Theatre-in-Learning model is a holistic approach of making participants understand the dynamics of the Body and Mind. We wear different “hats” through the day to interact with different people. Our personality traits, social graces, communication, language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that characterize relationships with other people changes constantly depending on (a) who is the other person? (b) What is our role in the relationship?
When we play these different characters are we aware of our gestures / postures/ speech patterns etc? Our Theatre-in-Learning model attempts at using “acting” to understand our state of being. We can be in absolute control of our Body and Mind while “Behaving” personally or professionally! Getting into a character, which you are not, is a difficult job!
This model uses a variety of theater exercises to enable participants recognize and appreciate the scope of Soft Skills. As they start exploring various acting techniques, they internally begin to stimulate their intellect and foster aesthetic excellence. This change lays a strong foundation for accelerated learning and thereby helps participants move from a “theory based” model to an “experiential based learning and development” model.
Some of the programs where we can adapt this model are:
- Customer service
- Teamwork
- Leadership
- Assertiveness
- Change Management
- Personal Impact
- Presentation skills
- Stress Management
